This workshop is all about chocolate: Where does our cocoa come from and how is it turned into chocolate? What exactly is the difference between industrially and artisanal chocolate? And can you taste the difference? By the way, is white chocolate actually chocolate? And does chocolate really make you happy?
You will find answers to all these questions here. And many more. Become a chocolate expert and join us on a journey through the world of chocolate.
What can you expect?
In a cozy welcome round, we will introduce ourselves briefly. Afterwards, we will tell you a bit about the history, origin, and cultivation, as well as the processing of cocoa, while we taste and analyze various chocolates together.
