In this workshop, we dive deep into the world of sustainable cocoa cultivation and chocolate production. You will learn how cocoa beans are grown, harvested, and processed into chocolate, and discover the subtle differences between industrial and artisanal chocolate. Together, we will taste different types of chocolate – from the cocoa bean to refined chocolate creations.
What can you expect?
In a relaxed atmosphere, we will start with a sensory introduction: How do you taste chocolate? You will be surprised at how diverse the flavors can be. In addition to the tasting, there will be exciting insights into the cultivation and processing of cocoa.
