Experience a sensory journey through the history of cocoa and chocolate making in this extensive workshop. In addition to an introduction to sensory perception, you will taste various handmade chocolates while enjoying exquisite wines. Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of chocolate and discover how perfectly wine and chocolate complement each other.
What can you expect?
After an introduction to sensory perception, you will learn background knowledge about sustainable cocoa cultivation, processing, and history. You will taste different chocolates in combination with wines while discovering the differences between industrial and artisanal chocolate. The highlight is the traditional cocoa drink "Cacahuatl," which delights with its exotic flavors.
