Dear friends of Rheingau wine,

From our passion for drinking wine, the desire to make our own wine grew.
In 2017, we were able to start the wine production “logisch Müller Wein” by purchasing our first vineyard in Kiedrich.
In the meantime, we cultivate vineyards in Kiedrich, as well as steep slopes in Lorch and Assmannshausen. In 2023, we expanded our range of grape varieties with the Regent. The Regent is a conditionally resistant grape variety that copes with climate change as well as with even less plant protection and produces excellent tasting wines. Our Regent Rosé “Pink Lady” is the key for women. For friends of heavy red wine, we have now bottled our Regent red wine for you.
The care of our vineyards is done entirely by hand. For plant protection, we use plant protection products that are approved for
organic viticulture. In soil cultivation, we deliberately refrain from synthetic fertilizers and herbicides; we rather rely on chicken and horse manure. We keep our vineyards completely green; the brush cutter has practically become an extension of our arm. To produce the highest possible grape quality, timely and proper leaf work is important to us, as well as hand-picking the grapes in autumn. 
The processing, the pressing of the grapes is done gently in the membrane press, with the exception of our
red wines, which we consciously press by hand in the traditional basket press starting from the 2020 vintage.
The fermentation with selected yeasts, as well as the maturation of the wines take place in stainless steel tanks and the red wines in wooden barrels.
All steps, whether in the vineyard or in the cellar, take place with consideration for the organic philosophy. 

There is hardly anything more satisfying than to gain good wine from nature with respect and appreciation.
