The Sektmanufaktur Schloss Vaux in Eltville am Rhein is a traditional German sparkling wine house with a long history and high craftsmanship quality. Originally founded in Berlin in 1868, the company has established itself in the Rheingau since the early 20th century, where it continues to produce the finest sparkling wines to this day.

At Schloss Vaux, the traditional production process is at the forefront: great care is taken in the vineyard and later in the cellar, with the sparkling process occurring according to the classic methode champenoise, as is also used in Champagne. This results in sparkling wines with elegant bubbles and a complex aroma profile.

The range includes not only classic cuvées but also varietal Riesling and Burgundy sparkling wines as well as special vintage sparkling wines from selected Rheingau locations. Despite its firm place in the German sparkling wine scene, Schloss Vaux is a relatively small, finely working producer that places great value on quality and character.
