Region on the plate and in the glass – this is what we live as Wiesbaden's only Slow Food restaurant.
Based on this, we serve authentic dishes such as smoked Wisper trout from the Forellenhof under the Lauksburg, Franz Keller's hearty bratwurst from the Falkenhof and game from our own hunts.

Additionally, we offer vegetarian dishes such as our spinach dumplings with aged cheese from our natural stone vault – and of course, vegan cuisine has its fixed place with us.

Come out to the countryside, dive into fun: May 1st at Grorother Hof

On May 1st, we warmly invite you to the courtyard festival at Grorother Hof! Look forward to a relaxed holiday in a special atmosphere – with live music, the region on the plate and in the glass, and our grill where delicious scents and sizzling sounds await.
Whether with friends, family, or just spontaneously for a stopover: with us, farm life combines with enjoyment. Come by, enjoy the day, and celebrate with us outside in the courtyard or in the idyllic farmhouse garden!

We source our meat from the region, based on good animal husbandry, feed from regional cultivation, and fair prices for the producers so they can make a living. This represents our commitment against factory farming and for the respect of animals as well as their species-appropriate breeding and husbandry. We love our region and therefore stand for fair compensation for our farmers and livestock breeders. This is not only good for our conscience but also for everyone who enjoys life here. Our salads also grow in the local fields and are hand-harvested by the Krüger family.
