From the cultivation to the finishing of our wines, we pay attention to a harmonious connection between traditional methods and the latest technology. We preserve the natural aromas through gentle, temperature-controlled grape fermentation and a long maturation on fine lees. We age white wines in stainless steel, while Burgundy wines are aged in barriques and wooden barrels.
