When our wines stand in the glass as seductively sparkling sparkling wine after the second fermentation in the bottle and an extra-long yeast storage, it is for us not only pure happiness – for our wines, it is also a knighthood. Because from our more than thirty years of experience as sparkling wine makers, we know: Only from a grand wine can a top sparkling wine be made.

Our task is driven by the desire to preserve their terroir personality from the best sites of the Rheingau, our VDP.ERSTE LAGE® and VDP.GROSSE LAGE®, and their varietal typicity in our vegan organic sparkling wines.
