Since 2019, Julian Faust has been reviving the small vineyard established and managed by his grandfather with a passion for nature and the product wine. Initially started with a vineyard, the small winery has now developed parcels in the Rüdesheimer Bischofsberg, Magdalenenkreuz, the Johannisberger Hölle, to the origin in the Rauenthaler Berg.

Small, sharply delineated parcels allow each wine to be developed separately so that the terroir and typicity of the wine can be optimally highlighted, enabling full concentration on each batch. The over 100-year-old vaulted cellar and six months of full yeast storage allow the wines to develop optimally. Continuous expansion of the winery and a focus on the Riesling grape allow the small winery to grow year after year.

With an annual production of currently 5000 bottles, Julian allows a cross-section of terroir and growing area from the Rheingau.
