The in-house natural sourdough, the best flour from the region, yeast, salt, plenty of resting time, real craftsmanship, and a love for good baked goods characterize Lohner's breads. They completely forgo any chemical and artificial additives.

Lohner's pastries are also made only from the finest raw materials. For example, they use only good butter for our croissants or real Lübeck marzipan for the marzipan snail. This results in Lohner's fine baked goods with their own unmistakable character.
