From April to October, you can enjoy regional dishes with a Mediterranean flair in the garden and manor house. The season dictates the regular culinary changes. The estate's tavern is a member of Slow Food.
Good wine and good food. We have both! If you want to experience and enjoy how Riesling and Pinot Noir can be combined in a personal atmosphere, just stop by. The kitchen of our estate offers regional cuisine and lovingly prepared dishes in an exceptionally attractive setting. We focus on the culture of regional specialties, but we also passionately venture into the cosmos of Mediterranean-inspired dishes. For both, the main thing is: it has to be good and taste great.
The garden is being spruced up, the wines are bottled, and new recipes are being tried out in the kitchen. This year, spring marks the start of the new season for guests at our winery.
Let us pamper you with origin-influenced wines and regional, seasonal delicacies. In good weather, you can sit in the garden under 50-year-old palm trees; in bad weather, in the rooms of the Corvers family manor.
