In the traditionally rich yet modern Lamm-Jung winery, we invite you to enjoy the down-to-earth gastronomy of the Rheingau in our > good kitchen <. Our dishes are made from fresh, seasonal ingredients from producers in the region, because for us, good food begins where it originates. We are especially committed to animal welfare. Thus, we source our meat exclusively from selected farms and work closely with partners who share our values.
Here, you can also experience the craftsmanship of the young winemaker Paul Will — enjoy wines of the highest quality.
The Lamm-Jung winery looks back on over 200 years of history. In 2016, it was revitalized by Günther Weisel and Paul Will. Today, approximately 15 hectares of vineyards in the Rheingau are cultivated, stretching from Erbach to the steep slopes of Rüdesheim and the hills in Lorch. Here, nature-friendly farming and gentle processing of the grapes in the historic cellar, equipped with the latest technology, are central.
