A warm welcome
to the >gude küche<
in the heart of the Lamm-Jung winery
We invite you to enjoy the down-to-earth cuisine of the Rheingau in our traditional yet modern gude küche. Our dishes are created using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local producers, because good food starts with where it comes from.
Animal welfare is particularly important to us. That's why we source our meat exclusively from selected farms and work closely with partners who share our values.
You can also experience the craftsmanship of our young winemaker, Paul Will, and enjoy wines of the highest quality.
The Lamm-Jung winery has a history spanning over 200 years. In 2016, Günther Weisel and Paul Will breathed new life into it. Today, around 15 hectares of vineyards are cultivated in the Rheingau, stretching from Erbach to the steep slopes of Rüdesheim and the hillsides of Lorch. The focus is an natural cultivation and careful processing of the grapes in the historic wine cellar, which is equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
Bon appétit and cheers!
