The story of the creation of a wine always starts in the vineyard.
There, where the winemaker tends to the vines until the grapes are ripe and can be harvested.
Then the time of processing and care in the cellar begins until bottling.

Jesse Nies clearly explains the various steps of wine production.
During a small excursion in the vineyard, you will gain insight into the steep slope cultivation and the tasks currently at hand.
Additionally, you will learn the basics of wine sensory analysis through selected wine samples.

The new trend: de-alcoholized wine

Alcohol-free is in demand among many wine lovers who would like to forgo alcohol.
Therefore, the topic of de-alcoholized wine will also play a role in this wine seminar.

Part of the event will take place in the vineyard, so please bring sturdy footwear.
