The documents that founded the Papal State and made Hamburg a Hanseatic city – forged! Perhaps even half of the Middle Ages is an invention... and then the 19th century – the great time of con artists! They sell the Eiffel Tower and the city of London in parts. Not to mention that then in the 20th century, of course, no one intended to build a wall in Berlin, or had a “sexual relation with that woman.” Finally, the world history of lies!
After the overwhelming success with their reading in honor of Roger Willemsen and Dieter Hildebrandt at the St.Pauli Theater in Hamburg, Walter Sittler (Hildebrandt) and Johann von Bülow (Willemsen) are now going on tour with their entertaining quest for the truth about lies.
Newly arranged and gently updated, they throw around scandalous untruths and insidious intrigues. Much to the delight of the audience, which may leave the evening somewhat poorer in illusions.
