Zither music in all its variety can soon be experienced at the State Music Academy. From July 3 to 6, a chamber music course for zither players will take place at the State Music Academy. This course, which has a tradition, enjoys great popularity. About 30 zither players come together to make music collectively. Exclusively zither players? It's not only a visual treat; it is also a rare acoustic experience!
Especially instrumentalists who play a rather rarely heard instrument and therefore often have few opportunities to play in an ensemble, the State Music Academy wants to provide the chance, together with the relevant associations, to experience the joy of making music together at least within the framework of regional meetings. In several groups, music of various styles will be worked on during this ensemble course. At the beginning of the course, the instructors Axel Rüdiger, Olaf Detlefsen, and Johannes Schubert invite you to a free concert in the garden hall of Schloss Engers.
