"New Year's Concert" of the house band of the small arts stage

Thomas Corzilius, Michael Dames, and Wolfgang Hoff (CDH) open the year 2026 at the small arts stage. The three are known for choosing song material that comes from rather unknown artists. Alternatively, it can also be unknown songs by well-known artists. For example, the band's program includes songs by Joe Cocker, Van Morrison, Billy Joel, Roger Cicero, Bonnie Raitt, Sting, or Joe Jackson. Arranging these songs so that they are playable for a trio is the musical challenge of the band. The ability of all three musicians to sing solo as well as to incorporate a dense and perfectly fitting three-part harmony into the songs is another focus of the band's repertoire. In addition, the audience is guided through the concerts with moderation. This mix of musical presentation and light-hearted moderation guarantees an absolute feel-good atmosphere at CDH concerts.
