In the focus of winemaking and marketing are Anuschka as the mistress of the office and Adam as the operations manager. In the family winery, work on the vines, in the cellar, and in sales is of course just as important as in other wineries, with the difference that family is a constant companion.

Whether the youngest, "Bastian Adam," is once again fiddling with the credit card machine, "Jacob Adam" has once again taken the keys to the forklift, "Constantin Adam" is delivering wine with Grandpa "Adam Sr.," or our oldest "Leonhard Adam" gets to ride on the tractor with Dad "Adam Jr.," the family is always present.
