Next to the impressive Hedwig oak, there is a shelter at a crossroads that is maintained by the Hiking Friends of Boppard e.V. In front of the shelter, there is an additional resting bench. The oak is named after Hedwig Humperdinck (wife of VVV member Engelbert Humperdinck)
