The bright and quiet vacation apartment (74 m² of living space) consists of three rooms, two balconies, a kitchen, and a bathroom, and is located on the first floor.
The vacation apartment is suitable for 3 to 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed, and there is a sofa bed in the living and dining room. Fresh bed linen, towels, and tablecloths are provided.
The well-equipped vacation apartment is located in the Karthause district, near (100 to 150 m) the Federal Archive and a shopping center. The district is situated on a plateau between the Rhine and Moselle rivers and is characterized by a lot of greenery, the Koblenz city forest, and numerous recreational opportunities. Koblenz city center and attractions such as the Deutsches Eck or the Ehrenbreitstein Fortress are quickly accessible by car or bus, with a bus stop right in front of the door. Karthause is an ideal starting point for excursions to the surroundings of the Rhine, Moselle, and Lahn rivers and offers an excellent infrastructure for a relaxing stay.

Cancellations up to 2 weeks before arrival are free of charge. After that, we charge 50% of the overnight price, provided that the vacation apartment is not rented out elsewhere. Bookings are only possible from three nights.
No smoking and pets are not welcome in the apartment.
