The Bad Breisig Station is a regional stop in local transport and connects the town with surrounding cities and metropolitan areas along the Rhine. It is mainly used for commuter and excursion traffic and provides access to regional train services.

At the station, passenger information as well as digital displays are available, informing about connections and current travel advisories. The platforms are designed to be barrier-free and allow for step-free access. For the barrier-free transition between levels, two elevators are available.
