Argentina is known for good taste and convival asados. The Chamamé brings this tradition  together with the authentic taste of argentina to the Rheingau. asados are prepared in the traditional way on a charcoal grill. Our meat comes from Angus pasture-raised beef. The cattle graze on fields of the argentine pampas and grow up without hormones or grow promoters.

In addition to Argentine specialities andf delicacies, fernando creates Mediterranean palate pleasers - also part of the Argentine cuisine. In spring and summer, enjoy the idyllic terrace with a view of the vineyards and the Eltville forest and unwind with Argentine Mediterranean food, a glass of Rheingau white wine or an aromatic glass of Argentine red wine.
